President
David Rabinovich is a youth transit advocate, currently a sophomore at San Mateo High School where he is the transit club president and founder. Before becoming president of CalHSTA, he was a co-founder and served as vice-president. He is a member of the SamTrans CAC, representing youth riders, and was part of the campaign to fix the San Mateo Station northbound elevator, improving accessibility for all transit riders.

Vice President
Ben Mangiafico is an avid public transit rider, cyclist, and alternative transportation advocate. He is the founder and president of the Carlmont High School transportation club in Belmont and a member of the SamTrans Citizens Advisory Committee. On the side, he enjoys playing jazz trumpet, technical theater, and going on long walks.

Secretary
Enzo Wu is a rising junior for the 25-26 school year. He founded the Public Transit and Infrastructure club at Dougherty Valley High School and has been a public transit enthusiast and advocate for 3 years. He advocates by doing and documenting his transit speedruns on YouTube, having set multiple world records and helped post videos garnering thousands of views.

Board Member At-Large
Harvy Chang is a transit advocate and rising senior at Lynbrook High School, where he is the founder and president of the transit club. He often takes and promotes transit to his friends and family, introducing transit to over 50 students at school and also helps his dad learn to commute to work for free by bus. Harvy enjoys transit speedrunning - visiting all the stations in a transit system as fast as possible - attempting runs of BART, Muni Metro, WMATA, and LA Metro, among others. He also enjoys playing the trombone with the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Board Member At-Large
Dane Culbreath is a senior at San Diego High School and president of its transit club. Off campus he is a co-founder of BuildSD.org, documenting and advocating for better development across his region. Living downtown, he personally relies on public transit to get around. He also serves as communications lead for Strong Towns SD, and is a volunteer with RideSD. Dane loves exploring the world to experience new environments, learn what works, and see new perspectives. Exploring cities from NYC to Tokyo, he has seen firsthand how transformative people-oriented transportation would be for us and believes all Californians deserve real access to it. He is looking forward to helping make this vision a reality through the Alliance!

Staff Advisor
Samuel is a lifelong transit rider, president emeritus of CalHSTA, and a first-year at UC San Diego. He is also a co-founder of BuildSD.org, and was responsible for coordinating and promoting the Let's Go with PRONTO campaign that distributed transit fare cards to thousands of students eligible for a region-wide free transit benefit.
